James William Nunn, 40, of no fixed address, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour based on race, six weeks prison, £125 compensation; theft, six weeks prison (concurrent); failed to surrender to bail, four weeks prison (concurrent). (G).
Sonia Louise Palmer, 43, of South Road, Taunton, fraud by using someone else's bank card to withdraw cash, seven other offences admitted and taken into consideration, community order, four weeks curfew, £122.90 compensation, £85 costs. (G).
