COMMUTERS are being warned there is likely to be more disruption from Storm Ciara this morning (Monday).

Gusts of up to 70mph are forecast across Somerset into the afternoon.

There was widespread travel disruption yesterday and dozens of homes were hit by power cuts.

A tree came down at the entrance to the Seven Sisters on the Quantock Hills.

At Dillington, in Ilminster, strong winds brought down a live electrical pole with cables sparking in the road.

The winds are predicted to die down by late afternoon.

But we're not out of the woods yet as forecasters say we're likely to see a period of unsettled weather.
