THIS was the unbelievable state of a car stopped by Avon and Somerset Police officers this morning.
DC Sam Donati was on patrol when he heard a strange sound coming from the vehicle as it was travelling along the A371.
He posted on social media: "That car didn't sound right, let's spin round."
He added: "Found this morning driving along A371. Both offside tyres shredded. Driver? Yep, you've guessed it."
He added an image of clinking beer glasses.
