A WOMAN has been banned from holding a licence for 12 months for drink-driving.
Hannah Kate Huddart, 20, of Rydal Court, Penrith was caught with 50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The legal limit is 35mg per 100ml of breath.
Huddart is banned from having a licence for 12 months. She has also been fined £246 by Carlisle magistrates.
She was ordered to pay costs of £85 and £34 to fund victim services.
Her guilty plea was taken into consideration.
