FIRE crews tackled two 'deliberate' vehicle fires in Crewkerne this morning (November 25).
A fire engine from Crewkerne attended a car fire on Langmead Square at 4.47am, but once they arrived two vehicles were alight.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "Fire Control received several 999 calls reporting a car fire.
"One fire engine from Crewkerne was sent and on arrival crews confirmed this vehicle was well alight, as well as a second vehicle.
"Crews extinguished both vehicles using two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets and both were severely damaged.
"The fires were believed to be deliberate and the Police were informed."
