SOMERSET has recorded a further four Covid-19 related deaths in the latest 24-hour figures released by the Government.
Three people who had tested positive for the virus in the past 28 days have died in Somerset West and Taunton.
And another person in Mendip has passed away after contracting the virus.
The people died from any cause.
There were no coronavirus related deaths in South Somerset or Sedgemoor.
The overall number of people who have died in the county council area since the start of the pandemic has risen to 448.
Of those, 118 have died in South Somerset; 113 in Somerset West and Taunton; 106 in Sedgemoor; and 111 in Mendip.
