POLICE have named the pedestrian who died in a collision on a main road in Somerset last week.
The family of Josh Crayden, 31, have paid tribute to him.
Josh was on foot on the A303 between South Petherton and Southfields (Ilminster) when the collision happened at about 11.30pm last Wednesday (April 21).
Josh, who was from Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, had been working in the area.
His distraught family have issued a statement saying: "Josh was working away from home and staying at the Travelodge hotel.
βHe will be sadly missed by family and friends.β
Specially trained officers continue to provide his family support at this time.
Enquiries into the collision continue.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has Dash Cam footage, is asked to call 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5221085796.
