FERGUS Robert Henry Lidle-Napper, 26, of East Reach, Taunton, pleaded guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Courts to wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in North Petherton on November 6 last year.
He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Lidle-Napper had been stopped for driving without insurance and without the correct licence, both of which he admitted.
He was fined £80 and given six points on his licence for the first offence and no separate penalty for the latter.
KARL Robert Treloar, 60, of Park Road, Bridgwater, admitted drink driving in East Brent on November 13 last year.
He was fined £374 with a £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He received a 14-month driving ban.
Treloar was handed a further £124 fine for possession of cannabis on the same day.
ANOTHER drink driver, Daniel Robert Green, was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.
Green, 32, of Sloway Lane, West Huntspill, admitted the offence in Capes Close, Bridgwater, on April 1.
He was fined £96 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
