House prices in Bath and North East Somerset have gone up by an average of over £6,000 in the month of September, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in September 2022 average house prices in Bath and North East Somerset reached £443,213.

This was up from £436,689 in July, representing a 0.8 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 15.4 per cent.
