Nynehead Court’s free Easter Egg Trail makes a welcome return this year.

The annual event, which is popular with children and adults alike, will start on April 3.

Participants will follow a designated trail within the home's flower-laden grounds, searching for hidden Easter eggs.

Additionally, this year will see the introduction of Easter crafts guided by the home's activities team, starting most afternoons from 2pm.

Running from April 3 to 7, between 10am and 4pm, admission to the Easter Egg Trail is complimentary, with last entry granted at 3pm.

Attendees are encouraged to donate to the residents' amenity fund.

It's essential that all children are supervised by an adult throughout the event.

The home manager Joanne Fenn said: "Our Easter Egg Trail is, like our Halloween Tree Trail, a very well-attended tradition at Nynehead Court.

"We are looking forward to welcoming everyone, and are keeping our fingers crossed for better weather!"

Nynehead Court, set amid 18 acres of parkland, offers elegant retirement living for older people requiring residential care or close care housing.

It can accommodate 44 individuals within the court and 11 retirees or couples in the Mews.

The newly extended Mulberry Wing within Nynehead Court is designed specifically for those with memory impairment, providing a higher staff to resident ratio.

Meanwhile, the 11 close care mews houses offer home ownership opportunities for retirees desiring independence, secure in the knowledge that care, support, and security are accessible as needed.
