PUBLIC transport campaigners in the Burnham area are claiming a victory in their fight to reverse bus service cuts, after three routes were restored.
People in the area reacted with fury after Somerset County Council instigated a series of cutbacks earlier this year, withdrawing around 20 key bus services from the town.
Links to Weston, Taunton, Bristol, Bath and Bridgwater were slashed or cut altogether and the result was uproar.
