A SCAM to fleece internet users of their hard-earned cash has been slammed by Burnham MP David Heathcoat-Amory.
The scam starts when internet users unwittingly download a premium rate dial-up when they are online.
From then on, every time users log on and think they are using the web as normal, they are actually paying their normal connection charge plus an expensive fee on top.
