Bradleys Estate Agents, the largest Independent Estate Agents in the South West, have announced the launch of their 41st office, in Newquay.

Cornwall was first introduced to the Independent Estate Agency company in May 1999 when they purchased Marshalls Estate Agents in Looe. An office in Saltash and Callington shortly followed that in June, with a subsequent cold start in Liskeard in January 2000 with Launceston soon to follow. Bradleys soon turned their attentions to West Cornwall, when they acquired estate agency firm Yates, giving them offices in Penzance, St Ives, Hayle, Camborne and Helston.

Francis Marshall, who has worked for Bradleys as their Cornish managing director since their introduction to the region, is said to be thrilled with the move into Newquay.

He said: "Acquiring premises in Newquay has always been important to the company. We already offer extensive West Country coverage, offering the Complete Property Service from our most northerly office in Bridgwater to our most southerly office in Penzance.

"We have already handled various new homes in the Newquay area and are pleased to open an office to handle not only our new homes sites but to offer the Complete Property Service to Newquay's residents.''

Bradleys pride themselves on being truly Independent Estate Agents as well as the only agents offering the Complete Property Service. Their bespoke services include property auctions, commercial property, in-house conveyancing, home insurance, international property, marine and country property, land and new homes, property rentals, chartered surveyors, independent financial advice and independent mortgage advice. And the good news is, they will be bringing all of this to Newquay.

David Hardy, 25, from Bodmin, began his life in estate agency in 1998 and has been with Bradleys since the summer of 2003. David will be the manager of this new office and has spent the past 12 months covering Bradleys offices in Cornwall as well as gaining a vast knowledge of Newquay and its surrounding areas.

David is said to be looking forward to meeting the residents of Newquay and offering them the high quality service Bradleys bring to all their clients. David said that all vendors will get weekly feedback on the status of their property, gain prompt feedback on viewings as well as all the benefits a 41-office network can bring to marketing a property.

All properties on Bradleys' property register are available on their integrated computing system, which means that if a purchaser walks into their Callington office looking for property in Newquay, they will be able to locate available property in their criteria.

Combine this with their high profile website and you are bound to give your property the best possible chance of selling.
