ANTI-SOCIAL behaviour, tenants' rights, maintenance work and life on estates, were among the many topics discussed by Kerrier Homes Trust tenants who came together for a conference organised by the Tenants Forum.
The event took place at the Cornwall Business School in Pool. Delegates were able to take part in a variety of workshops during the day.
Visitors to the conference also had the opportunity to put questions to a panel comprised of senior trust staff and a representative of the police.
Community participation officer Sandra Ault said the day was a great success: "All of the tenants found the day a really interesting and useful experience.
"They found it a good opportunity to talk to fellow tenants and share ideas and are already looking forward to next year's event."
Many residents also struck it lucky during the day in the bumper raffle held thanks to generous donations from local businesses and organisations.
Prizes included a power washer from Kerrier Homes Direct Workforce and a digital camera from Blue Flame, along with other goodies.
