British coaster Hoo Dolphin (794/86) arrived from Newhaven to load stone at Porthoustock and sailed for Newhaven. Russian cargo vessel Pioner Koly (4,814/81) arrived from Rouen for bunkers in the bay and sailed for Bejaia, Algeria. Andrina F sailed from Truro for Lorient, France.

Sunday, September 5 Italian vehicle carrier Repubblica de Genova (42,567/88) came out of No. 2 dry-dock and berthed on the Queens Wharf. Repubblica di Roma (42,001/92) moved from the County Wharf into No. 2 dry-dock. Repubblica de Genova moved from the Queens Wharf to County Wharf.
