TAUNTON have made a flying start to the rugby season under new coach Kevin Powderly.
Having won all of their pre-season games in August, they played their first Western Counties League (N) game away to Nailsea and Backwell last Saturday - and won 37-6.
It was also a good dsay for Tautnon United who gained a 67-3 home win over Wiveliscombe.
